This is a fix applied in Windows Ultimate 7.0. In other words, the entire naming convention must be changed.

It properly loaded from the path described above and was able to be applied to a Premiere Pro CC 2015 clip. I tested this fix by renaming a plugin from 'Universe_Blur_Blur_AE_Fx.aex' to 'Universe_Blur_Blur.aex'.

I notice that when Premiere Pro CC 2015 is loading, while the splash screen is still up, it sees the Universe folder, but NONE of the effects or transitions. All of the Universe individual effects end with _AE_FX.aex which should be OK, but every other plugin simply is. Obviously, this is the same path for Premiere Pro CC 2014 which report Universe and load the effects and transitions. Hitfilm 4 Pro latest version and Red Giant Link 2.0.0 (latest version).I have the most current version of Red Giant Universe 1.4. This is on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Anniversary Update installed). I'm a bit stumped at the moment so if anyone has more ideas, I'm all for it. I came accross a forum post suggesting that installing the Universe plugins while Hitfilm is NOT activated may work.but no such luck for me. I've made sure that Hitfilm is closed (even went as far to check that there were no Hitfilm processes in the Task Manager), I've tried reinstalling Hitfilm and Red Giant Link and no luck. So, I thought I'd get a few ideas in the meantime in the chance that someone else has had the same problem. I've got a support ticket in with Red Giant, but being the long weekend, I'm likely not going to get a response until early next week. I know this is very likely NOT an issue with Hitfilm. After logging in to Red Giant Link and clicking the install button, just one effect is added (one of the Legacy 'Toonit' effects) and nothing else.
